UAE ambassador congratulates Emirati, Bahraini women

Manama, Aug. 28 (BNA): On the occasion of the Emirati Women's Day, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Abdelridha Abdullah Al Khoury, said Emirati women have capably accomplished amazing achievements all fields led by HH Shaikha Fatima bint Mubarak the Chairperson of the UAE General Women’s Union (GWU) and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, citing Her Highness's insightful vision of matters. The ambassador also congratulated Bahraini women on the 15th anniversary of the Supreme Council of Women (SCW) under the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and follow up of its President Her Royal Highness Prince Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa wife of His Majesty the King noting that from accumulated experiences and within institutional work the council has boosted its national efforts in the empowerment of Bahraini women in all fields.
