HM King congratulated by US President

Manama, Sep. 11 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of good wishes on the advent of Eid Al Adha from the US President Barack Obama. The US President extended heartfelt congratulations to HM the King and all Muslims all over the world as well as the pilgrims who performed pilgrimage which is a pillar of Islam. The US President asserted that Hajj (pilgrimage) is a strong emphasis on the ability of millions of people from different cultures and countries to communicate, meditate and worship. He also affirmed that Eid Al Adha is an opportunity to do charity work. He paid tribute to millions of Muslims in the USA and around the world who take advantage of this opportunity to provide humanitarian aid. The US President extended on behalf of the American people congratulations on Eid Al Adha to all Muslims in the world.
