Foreign Minister meets former Serbian counterpart

New York, Sep. 21 (BNA): Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa met with his former Serbian counterpart Vuk Jeremic who is nominated for the UN Secretary General post. Jeremic presented his vision should he become Secretary General of the international organisation. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 71st session of the UN Secretariat General in New York. The minister expressed appreciation of the meeting with his former Serbian counterpart, lauding his wealth of diplomatic experience gained from the key posts he took up in Serbia and the United Nations. The meeting shed light on the main regional and international developments.
