Bahrain’s long-standing tolerance, inclusiveness hailed

Manama, Oct. 5 (BNA): His Majesty’s Personal Representative His Highness Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al-Khalifa today received a delegation representing Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS). A delegation from the International Hospital of Bahrain also attended the audience which was held at the court of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince. The Personal Representative conveyed greetings from HM the King to BAPS members, hailing their dedicated humanitarian and social efforts to disseminate the values of goodness, love and tolerance. He described inclusive Bahrain as a model of amity and co-existence between faiths and doctrines, stressing the Kingdom’s millennia-old legacy as a crossroad for religions and civilizations and a beacon of tolerance for ages. He paid tribute to the people of Bahrain for their hospitality, awareness and civility, embracing all religions, doctrines and beliefs, hailing the Indian community’s years-long contribution to the Kingdom’s development and progress. BAPS delegation expressed delight at meeting His Majesty’s Personal Representative His Highness Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al-Khalifa. They extended thanks to HM the King for the care and support to international socio-spiritual Hindu organization in Bahrain. .
