HM King issues Law Decree 23/2016 regulating Trust Funds

Manama, Oct. 9 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Law Decree 23/2016 on Trust Funds regarding their definition, assets, beneficiaries, purposes, resources, rights, duties, obligations, regulations, management. The decree tasked the Prime Minister and the ministers each in his domain to implement this law effective after thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
