Bahraini delegation participates in ACD accompanying activities

Bangkok, Oct. 9 (BNA): On the sidelines of the participation of HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman bin Al Khalifa in the Second Asian Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Summit, held here on October 8-10 under the theme: "One Asia, Diverse Strength", a Bahraini trade delegation led by Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani participated in the ACD accompanying economic activities. The economic activities included a number of workshops addressed by an elite group of experts in the financial markets and banking affairs discussed several topics, comprising New Era of Asia's Financial Connectivity, Role of New Technologies in the Development of Asian economies, Infrastructure financing in Asia's and Innovative Financial Connectivity for a Sustainable Asia. Al-Zayani said in conformity with the Premier's directives Bahrain participated in the ACD accompanying workshops. He stressed that recommendations will be submitted to the leaders and heads of governments meeting on the Asian cooperation in the fields of trade, financial sustainability related to promoting the Asian development sustainability and small and medium industries.
