HRH Premier receives Philippine Energy Secretary

Bangkok, Oct. 10 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received here today the Philippine Energy Secretary, Alfonso Cusi, on the sidelines of the Second Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Summit, currently held here. HRH the Prime Minister lauded the current level of the relations between the two friendly countries, praising the steady growth of bilateral cooperation. HRH the Prime Minister underlined Bahrain's keenness on strengthening its ties with Asian countries, including the Philippines. HRH Premier asserted that exchanged visits between officials in Asian countries are the best means to enhance Asian cooperation. The Philippine Energy Secretary expressed thanks and appreciation to HRH Premier for the role he has played in strengthening bilateral relations, affirming his country's desire to develop cooperation with the kingdom in various fields, especially energy.
