Housing Minister to attend 3rd UN-Habitat Conference

Manama, Oct. 15 (BNA): Housing Minister Bassim bin Yaqoob Al Hamer left for Quito city, Ecuador, to attend the 3rd UN-Habitat Conference which will spotlight urban development efforts and the post-2015 sustainable development goals. High profile discussion sessions will be held to debate the present and future situation of urban regions, ways of providing suitable housing at reasonable prices and the need to carry out the new urban development agenda with competent parties.
