The relationship also is expected to help experts on both sides
work together to develop curriculums that will align trainees to
industry needs, as well as encourage mutual exchange of professionals
and experts, according to a latest report carried by Saudi Aramco's
web-site.

In terms of research and development, the two companies will
focus on specific training and development areas, including teaching
trends, instructional design, needs assessment, teacher development
and quality assurance. Also, they will explore means to establish
technical and industrial majors for female candidates.

Al-Tubayyeb pointed out that this relationship will also benefit
the community as the companies work together to develop opportunities
for the community to address training, human resources and
Saudization.

They also will promote community outreach programs related to
safety, work ethics, health, environment, professional associations
and welfare initiatives.

The MOU, signed recently, is expected to greatly expand on Saudi
Aramco’s past success with training institutions, which have produced
thousands of trained Saudis for the company’s industrial work force.
