Saudi Minister of Culture and Information, Moroccan Communications Minister hold meeting

Rabat, January 26, SPA --Minister of Communications and the official
spokesman of the Moroccan government Khalid Al Nassiri received here
today Saudi Minister of Culture and Information Iyad bin Amin Madani,
who is currently visiting Morocco to lead his country's delegation to
the 8th session of the Islamic Information Ministers Conference,
which starts its activities tomorrow in the Moroccan capital, Rabat.

During the meeting, they exchanged cordial talks and reviewed the
current preparations to hold the Islamic Information Ministers
Conference.

In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Madani said that his
meeting with the Moroccan minister was a chance to review most
important issues which will be discussed by the Islamic Information
ministers, wishing the Rabat session every success.

He added that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which chaired the 7th
session held in Jeddah in 2006 will present reports on the
achievements of Jeddah session, pointing out that the kingdom will
also present a proposal on the intellectual dimension of the
ministers' mission.
