Saudi Minister of Culture and Information, Moroccan Communications Minister hold meeting 2 Rabat

The Kingdom has proposed that the theme of "Dialogue between the
followers of religions, cultures and civilizations" will be discussed
at the 8th session of the Islamic Information Ministers Conference
based on the dialogue initiatives of the Custodian of the Two Holy
Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Madani said citing
Makkah meeting of Islamic scholars (Ulema), Madrid meeting on the
dialogue between the followers of religions, and the UN General
Assembly meeting on dialogue among religions and cultures.

In a statement to SPA following the meeting, the Moroccan minister
said he exchanged with Madani views on the overall agenda of the
Islamic ministers meeting.

A number of issues concerning information and communications in the
Islamic world, especially ways of coordinating the joint information
action in the Organization of Islamic Conference's member states will
be discussed.
