Ilham Aliyev signs decree regarding accident in Caspian Sea

Baku, Azerbaijan, Dec. 16 Trend: Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree Dec. 16 on investigation of reasons and elimination of consequences of the accident that took place at the oil-gathering station of SOCAR’s Azneft Production Union.
