Governor of Hail Region patronizes closing ceremony of Int'l

Hail, Saudi Arabia, January 29, SPA -- Prince Saud bin Abdulmohsen
bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Hail Region, patronized here this
evening the closing ceremony of the Int'l Hail Rally, crowning the
winners with valuable prizes.

In a speech at the outset of the event, Prince Saud bin Abdulmohsen
bin Abdulaziz expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of
the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the
Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister
of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General for their generous
support leading to the success of the Rally.
Then, Prince Saud bin Abdulmohsen bin Abdulaziz handed over the
prizes to the winners of the Hail Int'l Rally as follows:
1- Yazeed Al-Rajhi of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (First Place).
2- Mark Powell of the United Kingdom (Second Place).
3- Miroslav Zablital of the Republic of Czech (Third Place).
The event was attended by a number of princes and senior
high-ranking officials.
