Civil Aviation Authority guarantees safety of air navigation

Jeddah, Feb 01, SPA -- President of the Civil Aviation Authority Eng.
Abdullah Rahimi said Sunday the administration is keen on ensuring
the safety of air navigation in line with the recommendations of the
International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Speaking here earlier today at the annual meeting of the Authority,
he said the civil aviation administration is keen on modern air
navigation systems.

Rahimi affirmed that the steady increase in the number of planes in
the Arab gulf region will make it an essential matter to improve the
services of the air navigation.
