Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources meets Sweden`s Foreign Minister

Riyadh, February 02, SPA -- The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral
Resources Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi received here today Sweden's
Foreign Minister Carl Bildt, accompanied by Swedish Minister of State
for Foreign Affairs Frank Belfrage.

During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral cooperation between
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Sweden pertaining to oil and
environmental affairs as well as issues of common concern.

The meeting was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin
Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Petroleum for Petroleum Affairs;
Saudi Arabia's Governor to OPEC Dr. Majed Al-Munif; and a number of
officials of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources.

It was also attended by Swedish Ambassador to the Kingdom Jan
Thesleff and the delegation accompanying the Swedish Foreign
Minister.
