Foreign Ministers of nine Arab states hold meeting in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, February 03, SPA --The foreign ministers of nine Arab
countries met here today for consultations on the current situation
and ways to strengthen Arab solidarity.

Saudi delegation to this meeting was led by Prince Saud Al-Faisal,
the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Foreign affairs ministers of
Morocco, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Palestine, Yemen, Tunisia and the
United Arab Emirates also took part in the meeting.
In a statement to the Emirates News Agency (WAM) following the
meeting, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahayan, UAE Minister of
Foreign Affairs, said that the meeting comes within the framework of
ongoing consultations among Arab countries keen to strengthen Arab
solidarity based on the call for reconciliation launched by the
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz during
the Arab summit held in Kuwait last month.
