Governor of Assir approves academic program of King Khalid Chair

Abha, Southern Saudi Arabia, February 06, SPA -- Prince Faisal bin
Khalid bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Assir Region and Chairman of the
Board of Trustees for King Khalid Chair of Academic Research, has
approved the academic program of King Khalid Chair for Academic
research for the year 1429-1430H.

Professor Hassan Al-Shawkani, the Chair Professor, disclosed that
the Permanent Academic Committee for the Chair, which has recently
been formed, is now working on the academic participation of the
Chair in the symposium to be held on late King Khalid by King
Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives in October 2009.
