VICE PRESIDENT VISITS ROTTERDAM PORT
Rotterdam, The Netherland, Feb 8 (ANTARA) - Vice President M Jusuf Kalla while in the Netherlands visited the Rotterdam port, Europe's biggest port, to observe its operations.
"All crude palm oil exports to Europe should go through this port which is therefore very important to us," Jusuf Kalla said here on Sunday.
The inspection was conducted from on board a special boat often to serve tourists, during which he was in the company of Rotterdam Mayor Ahmed Aboutaleb.
During the tour Kalla received explanations from the port authorities. He was also accompanied by Indonesian Ambassador JE Habibie, Head of the Investment Coordination Agency Lutfi, and Jakarta Governor Fauzi Bowo. ***2***
