Chinese President tours Riyadh Cement Plant

Riyadh, February 11, SPA -- Chinese President Hu Jintao, who is on an
official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, toured day cement
plants of Riyadh Cement Company at Al-Muzahmeyah Governorate.


Immediately after the arrival, he toured the plant during which he
was briefed on the stages of production of the cement, including the
stages of heating, burning, cooling and grinding process.


The President, then, visited the central control room of the plant,
and listened to a detailed explanation from Dr. Nasir Fadhl Aqeel,
Director General of the Company, on the mechanism of Central control
room as well as production lines in addition to briefing on the
achievements of the Chinese company Sinoma which carried out the
implementation of the project.
