Wonderful Indonesia Carnival In London Attracts Public Attention

LONDON, July 25 (Antara) - The Wonderful Indonesia Carnival, held as part of Indonesia Weekend Event at the London Bridge for two days, has attracted the attention of local community and foreign tourists visiting the bridge area. Tourism Ministry of Indonesian and the the Indonesian community in London held the Indonesian Weekend at the Potter's Field Park, in an effort to promote the culture and culinary of Indonesia, according to the spokesman of Indonesian Embassy in London, Thomas Ardian Siregar. Siregar noted that the Tourism Ministry continues to make every effort to promote Indonesia through various events, including the Wonderful Indonesia Carnival, performed by Ayoub Zyckra Bf Studio, together with Melly Zamri and Diah Nathawalfi. Tourists and Indonesian communities who came from various cities in the UK lauded the attraction, and posed fore a picture with the three tourism ambassadors from Indonesia. Indonesian Ambassador to Britain Rizal Sukma at the opening ceremony of the Indonesia Weekend Event said he was proud and appreciated the efforts made by the Indonesian community in London to make the event possible to promote the cultural wealth and the beauty of their country.
