SDS official says more than 90 % of Saudi children suffer from

Riyadh, February 16, SPA -- Dr. Hassan bin Suleiman Halawani,
Secretary General and Spokesman of the Saudi Dental Society (SDS),
stated that more than 90 percent of Saudi children are suffering from
tooth decay, vowing that SDS is set to improve children tooth health
in the Kingdom.

In a press conference today, Dr. Halawani stressed that signing a
new partnership program with competent international bodies,
particularly the World Dental Federation (FDI), comes as part of
SDS's endeavor to improve the dental health of children and enhance
the level of awareness of dental health for all members of the Saudi
and GCC countries' society in general.
