Bahrain-Serbia relations discussed

Moscow, Sep.13 (BNA ) : The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Russian Federation, Dr. Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Saati, met the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Russian Federation, Dr. Slavenko Terzi?, at his office at the Embassy in Moscow. Dr. Al-Saati delivered to the Serbian Ambassador an official request from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, regarding its desire to have its Moscow-based embassy accredited as a non-resident embassy to Serbia. The meeting also discussed ways to enhance cooperation between Bahrain and Serbia in various fields, especially the economic one, for the benefit of both countries and peoples. The Ambassador of Serbia expressed pleasure in accrediting the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain as a non-resident embassy in Belgrade, praising Bahrain's international reputation and its prestigious status which was achieved due the wise vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He added that this step will contribute to the development of relations between the two countries to serve the common interests.
