‘Premier’s polices made Bahrain role model for progress’

Manama, Sep. 23 (BNA): President of the Bahrain Medical Society (BMS), Dr. Mohammed Abdulla Rafie, has extended, on behalf of BMS members, earnest congratulations to His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa on being granted the Shield of the Federation of World Peace and Love (FOWPAL) in recognition of his landmark contribution to promoting the traditions of peace, tolerance and diversity. Dr, Mohammed Abdulla expressed the Bahrain medical staff’s pride in HRH Premier’s efforts in various fields, valuing highly the Prime Minister’s keenness on serving the nation and the citizens, as well as on consolidating the values of tolerance and co-existence, which, he said, has made Bahrain a role model in this regard. BMS president said that the new well-deserved international honouring bestowed on HRH the Prime Minister confirms the prestigious status enjoyed by him at the international level thanks to his landmark contributions to achieving global peace and fulfilling the peoples’ aspirations for a more secure and prosperous life. He asserted that Bahrain’s ranking on top of many development indicators is just one of the fruits of the good efforts exerted by HRH Prince Khalifa over the past decades as Prime Minister. Dr. Rafie affirmed that the world is in dire need for wise leaders to push security, stability and progress in their countries forward, and spare them conflicts and wars, stressing that HRH Premier has always shown outstanding ability to control the situation and restore normalcy through embracing all the citizens with an open mind that embraces all. BMS chief stressed that HRH Premier has always called on leaders to be dedicated in developing their countries, away from interference in the domestic affairs of others, noting that HRH the Prime Minister’s policies have made Bahrain a role model for stability, sustainable development and prosperity.
