Chief of Grievances Court receives Swedish Arbitration officials

Riyadh, February 18, SPA -- The Chief of Grievances Court Sheikh
Ibrahim bin Shayie Al-Hugail received here today Chairman of the
Arbitration Institute of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce(SCC), Johan
Gernandt accompanied by SCC Secretary General Ulf Franke.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on issues related to justice
and commercial arbitration.

At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Hugail welcomed the visiting
Swedish delegation, and explained to them the rules of Islamic law
which came to achieve right and justice.

For his part, the Swedish delegation expressed their hope
to further constructive cooperation between experts of arbitration in
the Kingdom and SCC through the use of arbitration experts from both
sides on the common issues, pointing out that the Arab world is going
through a major economic renaissance, with the need for concerted
efforts and continuous coordination between relevant commercial
arbitration centers in the region.
