Minister receives bank officials

Manama, Sep. 25 (BNA): Finance Minister Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa today received Stefan R. Burgisser, Chief Representative and Managing Director, LGT Bank Bahrain Representative Office, and a number of the Liechtenstein-based bank officials. Wishing LGT’s activities in Bahrain further development, the minister lauded the role of financial institutions working in the Kingdom and referred to them as one of the pillars of the financial and banking sectors. He also reviewed with the delegation ongoing developments relating to finance, economy and investment on both the regional and international levels.
