Foreign minister receives IPI president

Manama, Oct. 18 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received in his office at the Ministry’s General Court today, the President of the International Peace Institute (IPI), Terje R?d-Larsen. The Minister of Foreign Affairs praised the constructive role played by the IPI and noted the significant progress in the activities and events organised by the Institute in line with the current developments and challenges, wishing it further success. IPI President expressed pleasure in meeting the Minister of Foreign Affairs, praising his continuous communication with the Institute which contributed positively to the success of its programmes. He also wished the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and development.
