Royalty, diplomatic corps from 43 countries to attend late King’s funeral

BANGKOK, Oct 24 (TNA) – World’s Royalty and diplomatic corps from 43 countries will attend the funeral of His Majesty late King Bhumibol Adulyadej later this week, said foreign minister Don Pramudwinai. Royalty from 15 countries and diplomatic corps from 28 countries confirmed to attend the ceremony, he said. The foreign minister also said about the sandalwood offering abroad that Thai embassies are scheduled to proceed at the same time with the actual ceremony at Sanam Luang ceremonial ground in Bangkok. Even those countries, located in the time zone ahead of Thai local time, they will not hold the ceremony before the actual ceremony in Bangkok. (TNA)
