Foreign dignitaries arrive Bangkok to attend Royal Cremation Ceremony
BANGKOK, Oct 26 (TNA) -- More freign dignitaries have arrived in Thailand to attend the Royal Cremation of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej scheduled for Thursday.
On October 26 at 05.19am, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Haakon of Norway arrived in Thailand to attend the Royal Cremation Ceremony of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol.
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Haakon of Norway was received at Suvarnabhumi International Airport by Admiral Pongthep Nhuthep, Privy Councilor, as representative of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun, and Deputy Prime Minister Somkid Jatusripitak, as representative of the government.
At 05.10am, Her Majesty Queen Silvia of Sweden arrived in Thailand to attend the Royal Cremation Ceremony of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol.
Her Majesty Queen Silvia of Sweden was received at Suvarnabhumi International Airport by Mr Charunthada Karnasuta, Privy Councilor, as representative of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn, and Deputy Prime Minister Admiral Narong Phiphatthanasai as representative of the government.
At 04.30am, His Imperial Highness Prince Akishino and Her Imperial Highness Princess Akishino arrived in Thailand to attend the Royal Cremation Ceremony of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol.
His Imperial Highness Prince Akishino and Her Imperial Highness Princess Akishino were received at Suvarnabhumi International Airport by Mr Charunthada, Privy Councilor, as representative of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn, and Deputy Minister of Education General Surachet Chaiwong, as representative of the government.
