AUSTRALIA TO HOLD 'OZMINE 2009' MINING EXPO IN JAKARTA

Jakarta, Feb. 22 (ANTARA) - 'OZMINE 2009', the 3rd Australian Mining Exhibition and Conference will be organized in Jakarta, on February 24 and 25, 2009.

More than 80 Australian companies would exhibit the latest mining technology, equipment, consumables and services, according to a statement of the Australian embassy here on Sunday.
OZMINE 2009 Conference on 'Indonesia Mining for Tomorrow: Is The Mining Boom Over?' will be officially opened by Dr. Purnomo Yusgiantoro, the minister of energy and mineral resources.
Mitch Hooke, CEO of the Minerals Council of Australia, will deliver a keynote speech in the conference.
