PAPUA TO HOST SCOUT JAMBOREE IN 2012

Biak, Papua Province, Feb. 23 (ANTARA) - Papua Province will hold a national scout jamboree in 2012, to be attended by around 10,000 scout members from all over Indonesia.

"As the would-be host of the National Scout Jamboree, we should be proud because around 10,000 scouts throughout Indonesia will take part," Amos Asmuruf, chief of the Papua provincial scout movement said here on Monday.
The scout camping and meeting will be organized at Buper Waena Scout Camping Ground, Jayapura city, the capital city of Indonesia's eastern most province.
