Cabinet approves outcomes of Yemeni-Kuwaiti ministerial meeting

SANA'A, Feb.24 (Saba)-In its weekly meeting, the cabinet agreed on a report over
results of Yemeni-Kuwaiti joint ministerial committee that was held in mid of this
month in Sana'a co-chaired by two foreign ministers of both countries.

The report pointed out to the documents and the agreements of the cooperation, which
have been signed in the closing session of the meeting of the ministerial committee.
The cabinet highlighted the results of the meeting to enhance Yemeni-Kuwaiti
relationship.

It asked all concerned bodies to take measures to carry out these results.

Moreover, the cabinet approved a draft decision presented by the deputy minister for
economic affairs and minister of planning and international cooperation to develop
annual statistics book.

The cabinet agreed on a draft presented by Minister of Industry and Trade over
making amendments on phrases (a, o, and z) of 245 article for law No. 22/1997 which
organizes activities of commercial companies.

The cabinet asked to follow up constitutional measures to issue the amendments which
aim at facilitating process of doing business in the country.
