Foreign Minister receives EDB Chief Executive

Manama, Jan. 14 (BNA): The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received in his office at the Ministry's General Court today, the Chief Executive of the Economic Development Board, Khalid Amro Al-Rumaihi  The Minister of Foreign Affairs praised the Economic Development Board's achievements in supporting the national economy, diversifying sources of income and ensuring integration between various economic institutions. He affirmed the Ministry’s keenness to reinforce cooperation with the Economic Development Board in order to enhance the competitiveness of the Kingdom of Bahrain at the regional and international levels. He also lauded the role of Mr. Khalid Al-Rumaihi in enriching the work of the Board and implementing its programs and activities, wishing him further success.  For his part, Mr. Khalid Al-Rumaihi expressed his pride in meeting the Minister of Foreign Affairs and praised the cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the Economic Development Board to strengthen the Kingdom's economic and trade relations with various countries of the world.
