Kenyan keen on raising diplomatic ties with Yemen

SANA'A, Feb. 25 (Saba) - Kenyan Deputy Speaker of Parliament Farah
Maalim voiced Wednesday his country's keenness on raising its
diplomatic ties in Yemen.

Upon his arrival to Sana'a, Maalim said that Kenya wills to
establish a friendship committee between Yemeni and Kenyan
parliaments.

The Kenyan official said he would discuss with Yemeni officials at
the parliament and government ways of activating cooperation between
both countries in fields of trade, culture, scholarships and
parliamentary cooperation relations.
