Bahrain-Indian solid relations hailed

Davos, Jan. 24 (BNA): Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Khalifa today met Indian Minister of State for External Affairs M.J.Akbar, on the sidelines of the Davos Forum, being held in Switzerland. The minister lauded deep-rooted historic relations binding Bahrain and India, hailing steadily-growing cooperation which, he said, reflects shared keenness on further strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation. He commended the pivotal and constructive role played by the Republic of India to maintain regional and international security and stability. M.J.Akbar reiterated his country’s keenness on strengthening bilateral relations in all fields, hailing Bahrain’s tolerance, openness, respect of plurality and wide-ranging development strides.
