Omani foreign minister receives Bahraini ambassador

Muscat, Jan. 30 (BNA): Dr. Juma’a bin Ahmed Al-Ka’abi has conveyed greetings from Foreign Minister, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, to his Omani counterpart, Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdulla. This came as the Omani Foreign Minister received here today Dr. Al-Ka’abi who handed over to him a copy of his credentials as Bahrain’s Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman. Yusuf bin Alawi welcomed the kingdom’s ambassador, and lauded the deep-rooted fraternal Bahraini-Omani relations, wishing him every success in carrying out his diplomatic duties. The envoy expressed pride in the lon-standing strong relations between the two brotherly countries, affirming his keenness on strengthening bilateral ties to serve the interests of two countries and their peoples. They also discussed topics of mutual interests.
