Shura chairman praises scientific research diversity in Bahrain

Manama, Jan. 31 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, has lauded the diversity of scientific research and studies in the kindgom, and their keenness to keep pace with the rapid development currently witnessed by the country in various sectors and fields, including information and communication technology (ICT). This came as Al-Saleh received here today the UoB’s College of Information Technology professor, Dr. Ehab Juma’a Adwan, who presented a copy of his PhD dissertation on "ICT maturity in SMEs of the Bahraini construction sector from the perspective of institutional structures". The Shura chairman commended the efforts exerted by Dr. Adwan to compile his PhD dissertation, praising his keenness on enriching the Bahraini Library with specialised studies. He wished him every success in conducting more scientific reseach.
