HM the King returns to Bahrain

Manama, Feb. 1 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa returned to Bahrain today following a visit to Saudi Arabia at the invitation of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Saud, to attend the final ceremony of the King Abdulaziz Camel Festival’s conclusive ceremony. HM the King was received by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister. He was earlier seen off in Riyadh by Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Defence Minister His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, senior officials and Bahrain Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Shaikh Humood bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa. HM the King sent a cable of thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, paying tribute to the Saudi leader, government and people for the warm welcome and genuine hospitality which epitomize strong fraternal ties. He expressed delight at attending the festival which reflects long-standing culture and heritage, hailing Saudi remarkable contributions to Arab civilisation. HM the King prayed to Allah the Almighty to bless the Saudi leader with abundant health and happiness, wishing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia further progress, prosperity, security and stability.
