Minister receives EDB chief executive

Manama, Feb. 18 (BNA): Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa received Chief Executive of the Economic Development Board, Khalid Amro Al-Rumaihi. The minister hailed the role played by the Economic Development Board (EDB) in the economic and investment fields. He also praised Al-Rumaihi's efforts in implementing the plans and initiatives of the Economic Development Board to develop and diversify the national economy, wishing him further success. For his part, the Chief Executive of EDB expressed his pride in meeting the Minister of Foreign Affairs and praised the cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the Economic Development Board to strengthen the Kingdom's economic and trade relations with various countries of the world.
