Bahrain condemns Dagestan church shooting

Manama, Feb. 19 (BNA): Manama, Feb. 19 (BNA): Bahrain has strongly condemned the shooting incident that targeted a church in the Republic of Dagestan, in the Russian Federation, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of people, including women. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs offered its deep condolences to the families of the victims and wishes of a speedy recovery to the injured. The ministry affirms Bahrain’s solidarity with the Russian Federation in its war against terrorism and reaffirms the Kingdom's firm and resolute rejection of all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, the ministry said in a statement. “It also calls for the need to combine all efforts to eradicate this dangerous scourge and to drain its sources of funding.”
