Manama, Feb. 25 (BNA): Royal Courts' Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa sent a congratulatory cable to Emad Hussain Al Qaffas on winning the first place ranking in the heavyweight class of #Bahraini_Strongest_Man Championship.
