Premier receives members of Kanoo family

Manama, Mar. 5 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at Gudaibiya Palace today members of Kanoo family who expressed thanks and respect to him for his condolences on the death of late Mubarak bin Jassim Kanoo. They prayed to Allah the Almighty to protect HRH the Premier, lauding his unflinching keenness to maintain communication with Bahraini citizens and families and share good and bad moments with them, which reflects the unique relationship between the leadership and people. HRH the Prime Minister lauded the role of Kanoo family and their honourable history in backing the commercial and economic march, recalling with respect the contribution of late Mubarak Kanoo in commercial development as well as humanitarian and charity work. He underscored keenness on boosting communication for its role in cementing social texture and national unity, commending the one-family spirit that has ever characterized the Bahraini people.
