Bahraini-Egyptian relations highlighted

Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al Mulla praised the Bahraini-Egyptian relations boosted by both leaders’ keenness on further promoting them in various fields. The Speaker today received Al Ahram Foundation delegation led by its Chairman, Head of Egypt’s Journalists Syndicate, Abdul Mohsin Salama.  The Speaker said parliamentary coordination continues among countries calling for combating terrorism to maintain peace and stability.  He said the development sweeping across the region and the interference in the states’ internal affairs necessitate intensifying cooperation to take on the challenges faced by nations, emphasizing Bahrain’s security is an integral part of Egypt’s security.  He pointed out that the royal reforms and democratic process have been progressing in parallel, affirming Bahrain is capable of confronting terrorism, thanks to the wise leadership, national unity and cooperation with Arab and friendly countries.
