Legal Studies magazine inaugurated

Manama, Mar. 8 (BNA): First Deputy Speaker of the Representatives Council Ali Al Aradi inaugurated on behalf of the Representatives Council Speaker today a launching ceremony of the first edition of "Legal Studies" magazine, in the presence of members of the Representatives Council, Secretary General of the Representatives Council Abdullah bin Khalaf Al Dusari, Head of the Representatives Council’s Advisory Board Dr. Saleh Al Ghathith, the magazine’s Editor-in-Chief, experts and advisors and staff members of the Representatives Council Secretariat General.  The celebration was held under the patronage of Representatives Council Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Rashid Al Malla. In a speech given on the occasion, Al Aradi praised the magazine as one of the achievements of the Representatives Council, as part of the initiatives of its Speaker to develop its administrative, legislative and monitoring work. He said the magazine undoubtedly reflects awareness, culture and the civilized nature of the Bahraini people. It is to note that the Representatives Council Speaker issued a resolution to inaugurate the "Legal Studies" magazine which deals with legal and legislative issues. The magazine aims to serve as an academic reference to develop the legal research work at the Representatives Council.
