Kia Motors posts 3.9 pct fall in auto sales in February
SEOUL, March 2 (Yonhap) -- Kia Motors Corp., South Korea's second-largest
automaker, said Monday sales fell 3.9 percent last month as the global downturn
wilted demand for vehicles.
Kia, an affiliate of Hyundai Motor Co., sold 95,135 vehicles in February with
domestic sales rising 13.5 percent to 27,307 units, while exports declined 9.5
percent to 67,828 units, the company said in a statement.
