Electricity Minister receives consortium delegation

Manama, Mar. 19 (BNA): Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza received a delegation from the Anderson and Egyrobo London consortium led by Simi Anderson, CEO of the UK’s Anderson Group, and David Yousif, CEO of Egyrobo London, Egypt. The minister welcomed the attendees and was briefed on the new technologies the company is employing in the use of robots in solar energy systems. He praised the technology which would contribute to the development of renewable energy technologies and their uses and improve energy efficiency.He pledged to cooperate with the company in the fields of renewable energy according to the available opportunities. The visitors expressed thanks and appreciation to the minister for the warm welcome and for opening areas of cooperation between local and international institutions and companies in the fields of renewable energy. The meeting was attended by Dr. Ahmed Hashim, Advisor to the Minister, and Alexander Al Samahiji, Advisor to the Sustainable Energy Unit.
