Deputy PM receives Arab Education Bureau official

Manama, Mar. 22 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister and president of the Education and Training Development Supreme Council, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, today received the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS)’s general director Dr. Ali bin Abdelkhaliq Al Qarni, in the presence of Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi. They reviewed the activities of the bureau and the ongoing cooperation between the Kingdom and the bureau, including recently launching and implementing training activities on intellectual immunization of youth and adolescents as part of the initiative to boost the role of family and school organized by the bureau in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. HH Shaikh Mohammed thanked the ABEGS general director, lauding the bureau’s efforts in boosting the cooperation in the field of education. Dr. Al Qarni expressed his gratitude and appreciation to His Highness and the Kingdom’s tremendous role in support the cooperation in various fields, including its support to the bureaus educational activities since 1975.
