HRH Crown Prince meets with Investcorp board chairman

Manama, Mar. 22 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister held a meeting with the chairman Investcorp board of directors Dr. Yousef Al-Ebraheem, at Gudaibiya Palace today. During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince and the company's board chairman discussed latest developments in Bahrain’s financial services sector HRH the Crown Prince and the Chairman also discussed the central role effective regulation plays in the financial industry, adding that Bahrain’s long-established banking and financial sector is an important facilitator of direct investment. HRH the Crown Prince noted that Bahrain has been clear from the outset that economic development efforts are centred upon citizens and realising their aspirations. HRH the Crown Prince concluded by encouraging Investcorp to continue promoting their innovative investment products and expanding their investor base in Bahrain and wider region The chairman extended his gratitude for the opportunity to meet HRH the Crown Prince. The meeting was also attended by Investcorp’s board of directors and senior executives.
