Bahrain condemns Alexandria terrorist blast

Manama, Mar.24 (BNA): Bahrain condemned the terrorist attack that targeted the motorcade of the Chief Security of Alexandria in Egypt, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of police officers. The Foreign Ministry issued a statement extending sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wishing the injured a speedy recovery. It affirmed Bahrain’s solidarity with Egypt, backing all the measures to restore security and stability throughout the country. It reiterated the Kingdom’s firm rejection of violence, extremism and terrorism, regardless of their motives and manifestations, calling for concerted efforts to root out the scourge of terror and dry up its sources of funding.
