HRH Premier patronises Bahrain International Book Fair

Manama, Mar. 27 (BNA): Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister, Bahrain International Book Fair 2018 starts tomorrow in Arad Fort, organized by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the Guest of Honour. The exhibition coincides with Muharraq the Capital of Islamic Culture and hosts 400 publishing, cultural and intellectual establishments from 26 countries. The book fair will open for public from 11 a.m on March 28, and from March 29 until April7 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. On Friday, the book fair receives visitors from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. The book fair occupies 8000 square metres, including cafes, outdoor theatre, children’s indoor play area, lecture hall and a special pavilion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which is the Guest of Honour as well as BACA Pavillion. BACA provides parking spaces for the visitors at: Bahrain National Museum, Seef Mall in Muharraq, Muharraq Club, Arad Intermediate Girls’ School.
