Premier receives Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs President

Manama, Mar. 27 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at Gudaibiya Palace today President of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs Shaikh Abdullah bin Khalid Al Khalifa, in the presence of members of the royal family. HRH the Premier praised Shaikh Abdullah's role and contribution to the national march, stressing that his achievements will remain engraved in the national memory. He added that the government always cherish with appreciation Shaikh Abdullah's contribution to the government work through his presidency of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs. Shaikh Abdullah expressed thanks and respect to HRH the Prime Minister for his keenness on getting assured about him, lauding his noble feelings and constant support to the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs to promote its national and Islamic role.
